It's been monts now that we are requesting a reimbursment. We tried several times to install the theme, IMPOSSIBLE !! They are still sending us the same responses each time we are asking for help. Now we ask to be reimburse and they are ignoring our requests !! A COMPLETE SCAM !! Do not purachse this theme. Sucn a poor customer support !!

Very slow support – I still have three questions which are unanswered in the support forum since 5 days. I don't see any motivation to help me with theme bugs. Very disappointing as you don't keep your promise to offer support within 24h. Apart from that very helpful theme which allows me to create a website without having to have any programming skills. What is not said, is that you don't get the plugins mentioned, but would need to buy them separately, if you want to use everything which is advertised in here.

This theme is built well and allows you to easily change everything you could want to. Plus the customer support is amazing.

Hello! Just bought and installed this theme from Elements. Imported the demo content. All the pages are there except the Blog pages available in your demo site.
I want the blog pages as well! Why is it not there?

The theme is pretty and elegant, but the customer service, in my case, do not work very well. I have problem with some little issues and they take so many time to respond a ticket in ther page.
But, design and theme is really pretty.

Good day, We purchased Avenue – Creative Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme. It included Slider Revolution when we want to use it it is asking license key and also arguing ”.....it is not registered” what should we do please support us as soon as possible

The theme shares a name with another WordPress theme, which causes complications in the install process. This needs to be addressed by the developers as there is no documentation about the topic when you buy the theme. However, once you get by this issue, the theme works as advertised.

i regret buying this theme….. The revolution slider is not working and the Home page is not even displaying as expected. Everyone is complaining support problem. This is really sad

I created ticket and didn't hear from them for a long time. They never replied.The blog cards on my main page are not appearing most of the times. It's a serious problem and I created ticket about it. They acted like I never created such a ticket.Don't buy this product.

Amazing theme that is incredibly rich and adaptive. Endless possibilities but nothing to daunting for people who are not programmers or designers. Highly recommended!
