Guys, I’m having hard time reaching you, as you are completely unresponsive in your support centre and it take couple of days to respond. Since I purchased the theme I would expect for the support to respond in max. 24 hours. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

and as you can see this template is very slow – rating 3/100. Could you respond to it? Maybe this is old server problem, to high picture resolution? How to resolve this issue?

When I try to preview the theme I’m getting Trojan alerts via my AVG and Malwarebytes. “We’ve safely aborted connection on tonatheme.com because it was infected with JS:Agent-DZX [Trj].

This theme is not flexible at all, support theme does not reply to questions for days. When we gave them access to the website they did something that caused the crash of whole website and we spent multiple days to recover the content and we needed to develop the whole website from scratch. Plus, the theme does not include PSD files as written in description.We bought a lot of themes, but never have we been treated ike this by support theme!
