just bought this theme. and it looks verry good, managed to do the import. although it is very very very frustrating. Why cant themes just be made simple to edit. followed the documentation no hope. just built the theme. if a grandma can use it without asking questions you know the instructions are good.
Can someone tell me how to edit this theme please? It uses WP Bakery that is terrible. I dont know why developers did not use elmentor.
Please can you let me know where I can get instructions to edit the intro page please?

Poor customizability, almost impossible to create different layouts than the demo content. It can work for those who just replace photos and text with nothing more to customize.Tremendous lack of support, it's been 5 days without any sign of replying, although I've sent two emails!

The customer servece is very limited and does not offer solutions vecause the principal problem is of design of the template, the responsive system does not adapt well to the different devices (smartphone and tables, small monitors), I have tried and waited for an answer for weeks without success.

Hey nice theme but for the portfolio part, it would be good if it lead to a page with a case study rather than a pop up image/video overlay….sometimes portfolios are case studies. Maybe give another option and I would purchase.

Hi! My problem is the next:
-The way in which the information is displayed on the homepage is not very intuitive and flexible from the back office.
The rest of the templates that we have bought for our works are usually very customizable and easy to adapt to the needs of each client, in this case it is not so, we would have to edit a lot of code by hand, so it is almost better to do it from scratch and not use this theme
The importer works fatal, duplicates the content all the time.
Used to work quickly, this is not the case with this template since the pace of work is being very slow. Given the speed of the project we have decided not to continue with this product.Greetings and thank you very much.

This theme is almost uncustomizable.
On top of that, there are big issues with viewing on mobile devices.
Support is non-existing.
2 stars because, after all, it does look super nice. However, I do not recommend this to anyone.

Wox is a beautiful, one-page portfolio theme. it was exactly what I needed. Installation was easy, uploading the demo site helped to get me going. All the features like the WP Bakery make editing the site very intuitive. I have experience working with WordPress themes, this has been the easiest by far. The developer has also been very helpful and responsive to answering questions, his/her response time is under 24-hours. Make sure to send the initial question via the support link on this site, not in the comments.

I love this theme, the design is very modern and elegantly slick! Im new to wordpress so needed a little help and the support team is amazing!! very fast to respond and help! Keep up the great work webRedox!

These guys support the product well in the end and it is a great looking theme. They lose a star for lack of controls in the admin, bugs and poor documentation.
