bower install has an error because of the use of nestable (repo doesn’t exist on github anymore – notice not to use the repo on libraries.io/bower) – is there a way around this?

On form-picker.html, if you delete Date time picker section, the Date Range Picker not works fine and I can’t use only the Date Range Picker

When it loads in IE there is an animation, the menu slides in from the left, how can I stop that from happening?
