Hi jell, nice theme, congratulations! In the desktop version I have a problem with the logo size, the rest is ok. while In the mobile version there are some problems with menu (not appear) and links not cliclable. Can you help me?

This theme have bunch of bugs when you create a child theme. And it's not just css. Options missing and similar things.

The way I have been bombarded with errors on website and you have stopped replying to emails makes me feel that i have been abandoned with my brand new website and there is no where to go

Hi, How can I use a smaller featured image on lower resolution devices? 720×580px is too big for mobile phones. I try adaptive image solutions with CDN, but they don’t product smaller images. very disappointed, shame as I had a lot of hope for this site, big let down, constant 404 errors, after much investigation with webhost and wordpress forums, the errors come from the theme itself

I downloaded this template, very excited to see what I could do with it. I could not find documentation or instructions on the template. Nor could I figure out how to import demo material to work off of. I emailed tech support and days passed with no response.Only after I asked for a refund for the template did the author respond to my support request. They wanted my website and login, which I'm not comfortable giving a total stranger. At that time, however, it was a moot point as I had already started using another template. I will not be purchasing another template from this author.

I love that theme, it's very cool looking after you spend some time on tweaking it to your desire. The help over e-mail is helpful. The documentation should be a bit more in-depth but it's okay. I think I'll stick with this theme for a long, long time! Great work!

Hey Jellywp I liked your theme and I worked hard on it to make my website look nice. it was all good until i started seeing errors everyday for which I contacted you so many times. My last query was related to homepage slider and you were working on it . Now entire theme is broken on my website chattybear.com I have shared my website access to you so may times but I got no reply. Hello. Everytime I try to make a change in the theme options menu (/wp-admin/themes.php?page=options-framework) I receive a critical error.

Good technical support, but no systematic updates. It is a pity that I paid for extended support when it really is not there. I changed this Theme to a different, better one.
