Lack of developer support. A simple template without SMTP script for a simple form. It just a plain phpmail and without captcha either. So I guess this developer doesn't realize the meaning of basic security to not have spammer easily use the form and easily to get the email contents too because this template are not using SMTP option!Even other templates I have are using SMTP and captcha. How hard it can be to change using SMTP and captcha for the developer? So this plain phpmail email are it seems only for user who are doesn't care much about security. And only cheap hosting will give the feature! So instead of fixing the issue it seems developer ask buyer to get hosting who support plain phpmail, so pitty!And also there's a problem with the map, bad documentation not giving any information about how to change the API map key, or else embedded Google map on it.I'm not recommended to buy this template to anyone.Ok, since the developer are lack of support and too many excuse instead of fixing the issue I give 1 star review that's the price of your support.I will ask a friend of mine to fix many issue on this template.
