PSv1.74 throws error “This theme is not compatible with Prestashop version 1.7” and gives up.

Support wrecked my shop. I had to pay coder to fix it after them. And they didn't fix the main issue. I had to pay another coder for that as well. At the end they just wanted me to be polite, after I wrote "whats wrong with you" when I saw what they did to my shop and just left it for me to fix...They even asked me to provide the exect code where the issue is, like I would know. Then the coder I paid, sent me the part of the code where the issue is, and they ignored it completely, and asked for the code again :) I've never had similar experience to this on ThemeForest, want be using this platform again

I have two main reasons for the review, design quality and customer service. I spent a long time looking at designs to find what I had in mind before I settled on this theme.Of course there were code issues, either way support looked into it and fixed the files right away. I may run into more minor issues down the road using this theme but I know they will take care of it. Documentation quality is superb! Thanks guys great work!

I’m interested in buying this theme but I’m testing the demo on the themeforest site and there I can’t use the po_testimonial module there’s no way to create a new testimony ? am I wrong or not doing it right?
Another thing for the blog I can comment on both blogs but not create a new blog topic?

I am so pleased with Pos Themes. Wonderful themes and the support is superb. Very few people are there for you, but Pos Theme support is always there for you almost instantly. They are absolutely fantastic in helping you with no fuss. The themes are great. Just can't ask for more. Thank you for your beautifully designed themes and support!!
