hello. I bought this theme. I edited a page with elementor. I saved and can see the changes i made if I try to edit withe elementor again but the same do not appear on my web page. i cannot even see them on the page preview or if I use the default editor.

I’ve updated the theme, just to find out that the featured block widget bug not allowing html just reappeared. I know i don’t have support anymore but this shouldn’t be happening, just tell me how to fix it and i’ll change the PHP myself.
UPDATE: I’ve manage to fix it myself removing the esc_attr after the echo. Just so you know, the issue is still happening, it wasn’t fixed as your changelog indicates.

Hi there
Some hosts doesn’t allow the demo importer to access the wp-content directory so first of you can check if this is not the case with your hosting. Else you can try importing the demo the manual way as described in the theme documentation.

1. Cannot create a ticket. When I enter my item purchase code, your portal says: “Sorry, but that item purchase code is invalid. Please make sure you have entered the correct purchase code.”
2. Documentation of the Slider is just a link to themepunch.com which is stil quite hard to understand. I have absolutley no clue on how to change the frontpage images. Would have been very helpful to describe at least basic steps.

I have to build a law office website and among many templates the client choose this one. The only problem is that they like to build contect for the own and the use Wpbakery builder for this.
Do you think it will be possible to have wpbakery install and working in your template?

After fully updating the website many things stopped working like extended menu can not be clicked all goes to site origin site builder instead like was before visual composer, many plugins stopped working as far as i see when I trying to click services widget its not expanding, can you tell me what happen and how to correct those? https://www.huberslaw.co.uk/

Hello
I did the last update and after that my pages are having problems.
A blank space between the menu and an area-hero is appearing.
This whitespace has id = undefined-sticky-wrapper and class = sticky-wrapper is-sticky
and always appear with height: 472
My support expired on 06/16.
Do you already know about this problem? Do you have an update forecast in the next few days?

Hello, I found your Theme on envato elements, so I haven’t purchase code. Now I have new hosting from bluehost.com and demo importer is not working. could you please help me?
