Hello, we are having some issues with the filters and the cart, we are trying to update the theme to the latest version (1.1.5) but when we go to the downloads on Envato and re-download the theme we get the 1.1.0 version (we have also the Envato plugin in the website but again there is not the option to update the theme)
Could you please assist?

Hi. Thanks for being very responsive in everything.
I have 2 queries.
1. When you hover a product thumbnail which is with the price, it doesn’t show Add To Cart. rather the price is disappearing.
2. My footer bottom section always jumps to my left side bar in home page. why this happens?

Hi,
I updated the plugins in the template and unfortunately the WooCommerce Variant Swatches plugin stopped working. Unfortunately, when ordering, it is not possible to choose a variant of the goods and then add it to the cart. I contacted support (WooCommerce Variant Swatches plugin), but they told me that the plugin was fine and there was probably a bug in the template. Can you advise me or see where the problem might be?

Hi ! Is this theme will be continue to be supported for next years ? I would like to buy it but i would be disappointed if the theme will not work next year for my business. I ask you because I bought you several themes and my theme
“Eglint – Minimal and Modern WooCommerce Theme” has been deleted from download and will not supported. I want to be sure..
What about compatibility with latest version of wordpress and woocommerce.

Hi.
When theres a page with contact form, you click to access the page it shows empty with two error in console.
1. Uncaught SyntaxError: Identifier ‘t42SmoothScrollTimer’ has already been declared
2. empic-app.min.js?ver=1.1.8:1 Uncaught TypeError: wpcf7.initForm is not a function
If you reload when you are in the same page the contents appear. why is this a bug?

Hey there. The theme is compatible with WordPress 5.5.3? I am having the error: Unexpected end of JSON input. If I downgrade wordpress version, it works fine. Please hit back soon.

I searched dozens of themes but Empic beats all the rest in terms of User Experience. I am very happy with the purchase. Their were couple of problems when i applied the theme to my ecommerce store but they were solved by the author. mrmurza is a very helpful guy and responds quickly. I am looking forward to future updates of this theme.
