I'm very pleased with Emailer. It's easy to customize the design to my company's brand and there are plenty of of drag and drop modules to work from.

I am changing my rating. At first the tool didn't work at all. So they had to send me my completed newsletter design manually. They made a fix and now it works just fine. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the beginning issue - but they did resolve it.

Email templates are nice and clean.
Builder tool works pretty good once you get the account issues figured out. Some issues with length and limits of gmail html handling it seems as our test blasts are getting truncated. Customer service was very slow. Took more than a week to resolve an account login issue so I could actually use the product. Days between responses.

My assessment is because after using the product, after speaking with support and after exchanging emails with BigBangThemes CEO, Andy I have come to the conclusion that the service is improved and above all how to address customers, at least in My case. regards

I normally don't leave reviews-my second ever, because I really value them. This emailer template is beautiful fully functional and easy to work with. I had a little issue at the beginning with registration. However, the customer support personnel, including Andy the CEO, were quick to work with me to fix it. Now my organization has the template we wanted and needed. Thank you.
