I’d like to use newsletter form as contact form. At moment there is only one email field but I’d like to add couple of more fields Name & message.
After submitting it should go directly to my mailchimp like it works now.

Hello, i need your help again.
Now i have issues with the contact form, it doesn’t work at all. I try to follow your instruction following the images you make, but nothing work. I also try to edit the files to make it work, but nothing to do, every time i send a “test email” the form say “email sent successfully” but the email never arrive.

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
