The customer support was fantastic, and the creativity of the theme really shines!I chose it ironically more for a personal brand instead of expo event. Meaning you wouldn't think right off the bat that it would work. However it looks very good with this theme in that way. Cheers!

Good afternoon,
Whenever I create a page I have the option to add a featured image but I don’t see an option for it to actually appear on the page like I can with Posts.
Is it possible to have the featured image appear at the top of pages?
I have a valid license but I couldn’t submit this through your ticketing system.

I bought this template and when I installed ( Home2 ) not working and scrolling coming in the website, i installed in localhost and 3 times again same issue
why this happening ????

ONE OF THE BEST THEMES PERIOD!
This theme has everything. The demo importer worked flawlessly and I was up and running in no time. The theme has a hell of a lot of customisation features including a built in header builder, It has option to change the assignment of menus per page and also it is very fast loading. Compare this to the very popular Total theme which is very laggy and full of bugs and many other themes dont have these options out of the box. Also the support is first class!

Hi! I purcheased Your theme and i like it. I have question about change border radius of button in header (get ticket). From backend i dont see option like this and i try to find in CSS this line of border radius of this button but i cant find it.. can You help to resolve this issue? Where can i edit border radius of this button on header menu? Thx for advice!

To be honest, I took a risk when I bought the template. Because I'm new to WordPress. I liked the design and of course 5 stars. Now I understand why 5 stars. The guys give great support. Given that my native language is Russian, the guys communicate with me in Russian. This is what speeds up and improves the quality of support. Thank you very much. More, I have nothing to fear :)

Theme is not mobile ready. I would give it negative stars if possible. When requesting the theme developers to look into an issue with the mobile menu... initially my request was ignored and on the second request I got a reply saying simply "We will fix it in the next update" - Not good enough when you pay for a premium theme. I bought many themes... this isn't the worst but the support is left wanting.

Hello team, I would like to understand how can you finally solve the issue that is displaying with the error as it is impossible to update one of the plugins:
There is a new version of WPBakery Page Builder available. View version 6.6 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?
I need to finally sort this issue as I was reporting it since the time I purchased the template back in Nov 2020. There was no solution found.
Not being able to update the plugin leaves the backdoor to potential security threats.
I need the solution ASAP.
