I can't even register to their website to get support. They don't send confirmation email. Theme is slow on Admin panel and my hosting company said that the database they provided was corrupted.

In the automotive sector, one piece is suitable for several models, but with the Attributes Search Module, I can only specify one type for this. I want to know if it is possible to specify more than one model for one piece}

I’m using this template for about a year now without any problems! But suddenly after i’ve added some new attributes in my catalog (not to the module), the Attribute Search stopped working! Is this a known issue?

Can I have 2.3 version. Because 2.4 version need the Elastic search. I need to run the site without elastic search. Or is there any possible to run 2.4 version without Elasticsearch

very hard to submit a ticket on your website, your customer support representative is poorly helping, I’m facing many issues but no support I got for the high price I paid.
plus when Jena your customer representative trying to help me fix a part of the issue she missed up the whole thing and connection lost and rarely somebody being online to support
