I've worked with plenty of themes before, and I find most of the authors on ThemeForest to be pretty reputable and responsive. Never before have I experienced such bad support. The author takes a long time to respond, and when he does, he doesn't even answer all of your questions, despite my being proactive in grouping all my needs into one post. The answers he DOES give don't work. Very disappointed.

Loving the theme! Some things are still a little hard to figure out but that would probably my lack of knowledge of VC and stuff. But the layout of the theme is perfect for my company!!!
