Too many problems with Road theme helper plugin… It breaks all our site! I wouldnt recommend this theme

Really linking this theme.
However I am trying to use a product filter plugin (themify wc product filter) and when I apply the new filter to the shop sidebar (product-archive), it no longer works as a sidebar and loads below the product list (there is still a blank space where the sidebar should be – the filter function also no longer works). However on the single product page the same filter seems to be fine.
Is there a know conflict with this plugin?

3 from 5 stars, one star is taken due to extremely outdated WPBakery Page Builder version (5.6, while actual version is 6.0.5). This version is old, not tested with WordPress 5.2.2 and possibly has security britches. When I asked to update this plugin, I was asked for FTP and admin access, which means that messages are not being read properly by support team, or support is unqualified, or they just cannot provide actual version and just stalling for the time... For that I take another star. After an update, or a meanigful answer for my question, I'll rate the theme higher. It's beautiful and deserves it. Just the support and outdated parts make the rate low.
