Hello I had problems downloading the Phlox Pro. I got Paul, consultant, assisting me with rather a difficult problem. He was excellent at resolving all issues and I am extremely thankful, Highly recommended

I bought your theme yesterday and have major issues downloading the demo. It tries loading required plugins and then just gets stuck. So i went back installed the required plugins manually, activated them and then restarted the download of the theme ‘training’. Well its been stuck since last night. So just killed it. Then went to your support portal to register to create a support ticket and after 5 tries still have not got the confirmation email. Frustrated and disappointed. If I had known I would have to spend so much time just to get things setup, then I would not have bothered buying this. Looks like you are using cheap hosting for your demos and your support system, where everything just does not work. So my only option is to open a request here. Please help resolve this asap, as I do not want to spend days trying to install a theme that should be easy to install. Thank is advance.

Updating my review after my error in the install process. In fact, the support page highlighted my error and I was able to solve my problem in less than 2 minutes. I should pay more attention next time.

Very good documentation, even with videos! Everything worked immediately and it is very easy to create your own website. With all the templates and blocks you can really make everything.The only thing that is not so perfect in my opinion is the blog. Here you still have to do too much yourself. If there were templates for the individual templates in the future, it would be perfect!Thanks for that!

Demos are fantastic. However nothing here mentions trouble with using the demo importer on localhost. This is primarily how I develop sites before deployment. Had to go fish for each image from phloxes self hosted demos and link the images manually. Kind of wish I had my $39 dollars back but it sort of does as advertised so I'll be generous with a 3 star.

The Demos are looking very well designed. that was a main reason for buying it. It has some smooth animated sequences to stand out more from the boring standard themes.I read about some negative reviews before about that phlox is a poor coded quality theme.Nevertheless i bought several licences at once. installing was normal. importing the demo as well.First i created the page and attached my personal styling for the page. the problem was that the elementor editor freezed very often and had a delay between my actions.Further more the page stucked on my phone and refreshed it own its own with the messaged that there was an error and the page has to be loaded again.i contacted the support and Andrew replied immediately and solved the problems within minutes. We increased the memory in my server settings. for now everything is running fine.Great support. Thanks again.

I have been using the Lite version for a long time, which I liked very much. I have now opted for the Pro version, which I can not regret until today. The support is first class and the Pro version includes many plugins. Unbeatable for the price!

I'm very much a novice developer, so Phlox was a little daunting. I had difficulty installing the demo, but Paul, the CSR with whom I chatted identified the problem(s) and helped me install, making the experience pleasant, if not pleasurable.

The team at Phlox is amazing, and the service is great. However, the theme is very slow and does not work with plugins that attempt to make it load faster. Numerous people have expressed the same concern on their support forum and there has been one response from the team simply directing us to irrelevant documentation. Apparently Astra is much much faster. Love the design of Phlox, but if my users can't even get the site to load in time, the design doesn't do much good.

At first i was a little confused how quick the technical and customer support team replied. I mean, it was like a second for them to reply. Had issues because i couldnt edit the template. Within minutes, they figured it out, fixed it for me too. 5 star guys (times) a billion.

Some licences on items included in the package are missing or hard to locate — and without them, they can't be used.Not good.

Every four days or so it tells me that my purchase code is not active. I hate this theme. DO NOT BUY. They should give me a refund for all the stuff i've been dealing with after buying this piece of c****

Love the theme, easy to use, looks great, adds more functionality to Elementor. The best thing though, EXCEPTIONAL support. You can literally go onto Phlox main website and Paul will answer within minutes. Can't recommend this theme enough.

Is there a way to import the images at least as a reference because when importing the demo data the images have not been imported and the truth is I have no reference to change it

Hello, support my client purchased your theme, and Im configuring the theme. unfortunately after installation anytime I open the elementor builder it takes time forever to load or open a properties settings, im unable to edit the site, home pages, footer, or use the builder both the front end and back end are not working also

Great theme, nice support, problem is just just with Elementor Element Pack. I have a problem with that plugin, many template kits are based on it. But I dont use template kits from theme. So it is great.

As a web agency specializing in web design and SEO, we chose Phlox because of their beautiful demo theme library. However after building 3 sites simultaneously using 3 different phlox demo themes, we came to a realization that Phlox themes are extremely sluggish and there is simply no way to get these themes to load fast enough for todays speed standards. If you want a beautiful site that takes 10+ seconds to load on a WP optimized VPS host (don't even think of using a shared host) then Phlox is for you. Unfortunately for us site speed is not only one of the largest contributors to bounce rates but it's also a Google ranking signal, meaning slow sites don't rank as well as fast sites. Even after spending a ton of time speed optimizing these Phlox sites and getting the speed optimization scores on gtmatrix, pingdom tools, and google site speed tests almost near the 100% mark, these sites were taking over 8 seconds to load a page. What is even crazier is that when we purchased the Phlox themes in early 2019, they did not have an option to have mobile versions of images, instead we were forced the show the same big images on mobile as we had on desktop. Thankfully Phlox fixed this in a future update after our complaints. However, it was not enough and we simply will not be using these sluggish themes for any other clients again unless Phlox revamps these themes to get them loading at a desirable speed as do other wp theme providers such as Generate Press, Genesis, Astra etc.

License cannot be deactivated as described in the "learn How" section, which is for a completely different plugin btw. In order to get this theme deactivated, one must open a support ticket.

I wanted plain white site to match The Little Book of Clarity by Jamie Smart and I got it with enough frills to make it interesting but simple

Theme seemed to be very functional but appeared to be very broken and glitchy. Customer support attempted fixing it but disappeared for 5 days now after a submission of support ticket.

really bad support can wait up to 2 month to get answer if any.... don't spend your money on this one there is a lot better then this.

Full of bugs. Demo import doesn't work. Design ot the templates miles away from the leaders. Real shame.

Importer imported whole site, elementor not working properly when want to edit, no help from support, no way to get it resolved right away and at the end of the day instead working on business you end up as a detective trying to find out why is what you bought not working in any way...

Many demos to try, really good design. It took me a while to learn how it works (with Elementor, templates, etc), but after that, works really well.

Speed of your demo in gtmetrix is not good at all, please improve it or change the Theme Features, because is Fake New. All demos rate is F or E! I’m sending all the Info to Envato too, because I’m reading many comments about it since more than 1 year ago and nothing have changed. If I’m wrong, let me know, but I tested it many Demos and all of them are so bad in PageSpeed, GTMetrix and Pingdom

I had some concerns at first about the speed at which I received responses from the support. But this has been re mediated and I had my support extended due to the issues I've experienced. However I would still have some reservations to recommend this theme to people that don't have too much experience with wordpress

The theme itself is beautiful but HORRIBLE customer support. It takes DAYS to receive ONE simple response for a ticket. To solve one ticket, it takes over one week. I've never faced this kind of poor support with other themes. Professional theme but unprofessional customer support. NOT recommended.

Good theme very flexible and powerful. Good support! The way licence is implemented makes it's hard to use staging environment. Theme is not optimized for Gutenberg.

Hi, we have trouble running Wp-Cache with our site. The problem is that the shopping minicart is being cached also, so when a user adds products in cart, the minicart still shows empty in the cached pages ( while the counter indicator works ). We changed cache plugin and we used Cache Enabler, but it runs also to the same issue. Unfortunately we think it’s a theme’s issue cause we use Wp Cache in many woocommerce eshops we create with no problem. Can you support us with the matter? Thanks in advance. I previously gave this a 1 star rating, but the customer support team seemed to show genuine concern for my issues. While I have not had the time to interact with them, I have decided to upgrade my rating, mainly because the author and team appear committed to making their product the best that they can, taking in negative user feedback wherever possible.Theme is still somewhat buggy for me, but I can work with it and I can perform customizations - just perhaps with not the same amount of ease I have with other themes. Nonetheless with some manual tweaking in different places within WP, I can get a decent outcome with this theme. I therefore am upgrading my former 1 star rating as it appears I may have been unfair with that assessment. The only thing holding me back from giving this a 4-star or more rating is that this theme is less intuitive when compared with other Free/Paid themes I have worked with before. This theme does its job at the end and this should be recognized. The theme is decent for most users I would say.I will point out the following points though:1. I was able to produce a satisfactory outcome with this theme after some tinkering around. 2. Would I buy this theme again? I do not think so. I have some concerns that as I had to struggle quite a bit to get this theme to work properly, it may not be as easily scalable as and when I grow the site that I worked on. 3. If the theme's author produces new products, would I consider those? Definitely yes. While the Phlox theme may not be suitable for me, I do feel that the author and the team behind this are well skilled developers, capable of producing exciting products worthy of consideration, with dedicated customer support following up.

I bought it a few months ago. I designed my site three times from scratch, every time, I got a blank screen after a few days working with it.I hoped support would help me, but the customer support sucks! It takes a long waiting to get an answer! And the answers are, "we do not have access, can you give us access"The Theme itself s buggy and not working.I went away from it and used another Theme.DO NOT BUY IT!

Theme is nice but the customer support can be VERY slow. I've been waiting 9 days for a response in the customer support forum, and nothing. Live chat often doesn't reply either.

Have submitted multiple tickets over the span of 2 weeks and have not had a single reply. i cant upload my purchase code to the helpdesk as it says its in use by another user, and syncing my envato account doesn't seem to upload my license. So now my license is linked to a domain that is no longer in use and i cant deactivate it to reapply my new domain because according to the averta helpdesk i have no license.

I wouldn't recommend this theme for the following reasons: 1) Bad Customer Support via Comments - Don't tell me to raise a support ticket even though the question asked would be of public interest. (And I was well within the support period) 2) Migration from another theme is hopeless - You wont be able to migrate from another theme since they have added "News" module unlike "Post" module for presenting it in magazine format. Even if you migrate, dont expect it to be presented beautifully. The element add-ons are more towards the "News" module. 3) Dont go for the looks - I dont deny the fact that the magazine demos are beautiful but beware that most of them are "News" module rather than "Post" module. So, one day when they stop supporting updates, you'll have issues migrating to a new theme. 4) Combination of Elemenator & WP Bakery Visual Composer - You might think having the flexibility of Elemenator and Visual Composer might be great, but in reality, the demos which are mostly created with Elemenator is not editable with Visual Composer. It is just that one of the editor is advisable at a time. Say for example, I had to struggle to change the logo. Couldnt figure out whether to change via Elemenator, WPB VC or Customize option. 5) Performance - The performance of the theme is pathetic in terms of gtmetrix and other speed tests 6) Other bugs - License deactivation-activation is a pain. 7) Cannot import multiple demos at the same time in case you are interested to add a different page. It expects you to delete the previous demo.The theme has potential due to good demos but might break your site because of bad coding.

Good afternoon, I bought the Phlox theme and tried to install the “Travel Agency” template with the “demo importer” but it didn’t work. The page just never stopped loading. It didn’t work either when I try to load with Elementor. Also if I want to update some content or save something, I get the error “Update failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.” I have checked all the server settings, PHP and more and can’t find the problem. I need your help please! Thanks

The customer support of Phlox pro team is super amazing especially Jasmine has offered great support to my project endeavor. It is because of her pre-purchase services that i bought this theme.

I have the feeling, that support answers just because they have to. Quick and pretty general responses. mostly questions or workarounds in stead of solutions, pretty often with no effect. It is better than nothing, but mine is expired and I definitely will not extend it. for the same price you nearly get a new license.

One minute! that's all it took Paul to answer my question and solve my problem. That's outstanding tech support, fast and precise to the point. I love this company.

Customizing this theme is a miserable, frustrating experience to customize. Code is bloated garbage, and "Elementor Pack" doesn't run properly in PHP 7. Worst of all, their licensing is both a nightmare to manage and a complete RIPOFF!! Seriously, people, buy ANY theme other than this one!

The theme has great features right out of the box. The demos available are great, too. Also, after getting stuck with part of the setup, their support was fantastic at quickly resolving it.
