Unusable. Their logo is impossible to remove, the collection page is loading with a completely broken layout. Optimization is terrible - you literally need to spend so much time removing their garbage components that are hidden by default but slow down the whole app like crazy. Asked for a refund - they declined it saying that "A lot of our customers already use and they are satisfied with Ciloe Theme."Don't waste your time and money, go grab a theme that actually works.

Super slow and the read terms and agreements is not working. You always have to contact them and ask them to put it in. I'd avoid this theme if I were you. I'd ask for a refund

I absolutely love this theme.I was able to set up everything according to my liking but had a few questions and remaining tasks I needed help with.I contacted the author (or support team) and they immediately got back to me, answered all my questions, and helped make minor adjustments for me.A++++ (5 stars) on support. Seriously.Theme rocks too.

Really enjoy working with this theme, very user friendly and great customer support. Sure makes Shopify easier to work with when you don't have to worry about theme and it looks so good.

I have been felling difficulties to work with this theme (in comments). But the author has promised me help for the same. So I am hopeful and giving 5 stars till then since all I need is good website for me and my clients.
