Very happy with the theme overall. My only problem is about the PHP versions. If your hosting service uses the PHP version higher than 7.1.33, you will have a warning as /wp-content/plugins/modeltheme-framework/init.php:746 which you will not be able to login to your WP dashboard etc. ly solution is to manually reduce the version level of your PHP setting.

And Also, where can I change the images from blog posts header?? I can’t find any instructions on it and now I have to give explenations to my client as to why it takes so long for me to build his site. Please help ASAP!

Hi,
The entire content from that page (it is a page) was built using the WPBakery page builder.
Make sure that the ModelTheme framework plugin is also active (check on Appearance – install plugins).
If you already checked this and without success, Please submit a request to our help center (https://modeltheme.com/support/#new-request) and one of our agents will assist you. For an easier solution, please also describe the problem with as many details you can (including screenshots).
We also require FTP + WP Admin credentials in order to investigate & fix any possible remote problem.

Hello,
Thank you for recently updating the Trankad theme to version 1.4. I am excited for the new update and improvements. I checked the change log but didn’t see any mention as to which wordpress version is recommended with the Trankad version 1.4 or which is the recommended PHP version. I am currently using Wordpress version 5.5.3.
Should I use the latest Wordpress release 5.7 released 3/9/21 or should I use 5.6.2? Also what PHP version is recommended with the new update as well?

Hi, what plugin did you use for projects list on this page: https://trankad.modeltheme.com/projects/gratiot-state-bank-gratiot-wi/? In edit mode on page after demo import there is only shortcode and it is not working.

Hi,
when I do update to v 1.4 of this theme header and menu lose all styling.
Do I need set some options again for it to work?
And I don’t know if it was like this from the beginning, but mobile menu don’t have styling and all submenu are opened even on v 1.3. Are there options for this?
