Hi there. As I’ve tried to contact you through your bigstep support panel they’ve asked me to make an account. I made it twice even then my access is denied there.
Now I wanted to know as I’ve purchased this theme and it shows me 3 month support is still left why am I not getting response from your side. How my account over your support panel side got disabled before the expiry?

Hi! Our html package does not have translations files. Only developer that plan to work with html has to wrap words with translation wrappers due to the CMS/CMF/SHOP engines.

Shopping cart doesnt work while adding ajax content. For instance: after clicking on “add to cart” adding on right top corner Shopping ICON DO NOT OPENS. but after refreshing page works.
There is no support/documentation page for Shopping Cart work steps.
Please send me a documentation of how working basket.
we use PHP Language.
