Hi I have a problem with theme updating. PHP version 7.4.16, all basic plugins up to date. Does anyone also have the problem or is there a simple solution? Are you having server issues? I am trying to import your demo and the status bar is completely unresponsive and reads 0%. My theme with purchase code is properly registered within the Dor admin panel and all server settings are configured properly and identified as such in the For dashboard. I even deregistered the theme to try it on a different domain to rule out an issue with my server….and the results are the same (I am properly registering and deregistering the theme so please do not assume this is a conflict with the license) I sent in a ticket but this is an urgent and general question so I am posting it here as well hoping for a speedy reply. I need to start building asap and have lost the day to trying to troubleshoot the demo issue. All signs point to it being an issue on your side Thank you

Hi I have it installed on my computer and have a purchase code registered, now I reinstalled windows and haven’t canceled the purchase code yet. Is there a way to cancel the purchase code so I can reinstall the theme?

Is it possible if you could add ‘random’ for testimonial slider? So every time page is refreshed testimonials are displayed in random order. Thank you.

Where can I download Dor Core 2.1? The installer for Dor 2.2.1 on themeforest.net came with Dor Core 2.0.1 and because of this (presumably) I am receiving an “undefined function dor_core_is_theme_registered()” error after activating the updated theme.

Your documentation for this theme is awful as is your customer support. The wait for support is at least 24 hours and despite the multiple issues I’ve had and multiple emails I’ve sent asking for support, not once have I gotten a sufficient answer. I can’t even get a simple answer from your team about the image sizes and aspects needed for your shortcodes to work correctly. I’ve also found bugs causing broken shortcodes and the only answer I’ve gotten is,”we will try to fix it in a later update.” If you are selling a theme featuring specific features, those features should work out of the box. When they don’t you should be giving individual support to get those features working for your customers I can’t create a responsive parallax section that behaves correctly. This is absurd. The slider that you feature in many of your demos is broken and no fix has been offered. The masonry portfolio distorts large photos unless they’re a 2:1 aspect. This is an architecture theme. How many architects take photos of their work in a 2:1 aspect? The point of an online gallery is to show one’s work. We have to now crop all our images (several hundred) to a ridiculous proportion to use them? Again, no fix has been offered or suggested. This could likely be fixed by tweaking the code but rather than getting helpful information from your support I’m just repeatedly told to use different images And when I don’t respond to you within 2 days because I’m busy trying to build a site and meet a deadline, you close my ticket. Which essentially translates into 1.5 days since you’re in an opposite time zone. You have closed all my tickets even though none of the issues have been solved Let this serve as a warning to anyone considering this theme or purchasing a theme using Qode. The theme developer might have a different name but if the theme is built using Qode you wind up stuck with the same awful documentation and terrible customer support
