Hello, Last time I update, I see you didn’t update your “Change Logs” on “Item details” page. So, last time I update… I realise now, when there is a booking. The customer recieve a mail. I have used this theme and i must say i am dissapointed. it needs more work. the booking system works wrong. Its a theme that looks good, but when it comes to functioning as a theme it doesnt give you much.the customer care guys are good and respond on time.In short, the booking system is flawed & if you cant customize using css this isnt the theme for you

There are main things and items that you can't change. Menu is different in some pages and you can change that and have a consistent menu throughout the whole web page. Support wasn't very helpful also.

Hi, I want to know about the Opal Hotel Room Booking plugin. I have installed this plugin on my site and it’s showing some error. What about the Paradise theme? Is this theme working well with the latest WordPress version? Thanks!

I loved the visuals of this theme (and still do) which is why we bought it for our Hotel, however once we started using it we realised that the functionality had some major flaws (in our opinion). Firstly, the display of the ROOMS is part of the plugin, not the theme. This excludes you from making customisation's of the room display and putting them in a child theme. So if you want to modify any of the templates of how the rooms are displayed, then you will loose them each time the plugin is updated. Secondly, and more importantly, whilst the key feature of a hotel theme - the ROOMS, has the ability to assign categories, the widgets within Visual Composer to insert the rooms into your site/pages does not have the option to filter by category. So your only option is to display ALL OF THE ROOMS everywhere on your site. We wanted to display different types of rooms in different pages, so we had to code this using html. This is a MAJOR oversight in our opinion and your ability to display your core content, ROOMS, in the way you might want. It's simply all or nothing. The same issue exists with all the other custom post types: Events, Brands, Testimonials, Portfolios. Several don't have a categories option, and for those that do, a filter does not exist in the VC widgets/shortcodes. So again with these, you can insert all or none. The only exception to this is the blog posts, which has a great content filter in the widget. If the other custom post types included this filter, then I would have rated this theme 5 stars, but without it I wouldn't recommend purchasing this theme if you want the ability to filter your content by category when inserting it into your site/pages. I have raised this issue with support but have no indication that it might be added in a future theme update. So for right now we are having to use html to display our content in a suitable way for our venue. Very disappointed!!!

The theme itself is quite complicated at first but i kinda got used to it. Some things are not editable through page builder and need to add a css code. However, the reason for the 4 star rating is due to their exceptional customer service. They do respond and helps with fixing what is needed to be fixed. I hope you continue to be patient with your clients as they try to figure out how to use your theme. I also hope your team would continue to improve the theme to lessen ticket submission :)
