Terrible customer service – wait a week for a response then don’t receive a solution just an offer of a refund. Not what someone wants to read when they’ve already spent 12+ hours adding content to a site. Why are the majority of developers on this site so unhelpful when it comes to customer service? it’s like once they have your money, they couldn’t care less about the customer! Also calling a customer/stranger ‘mate’ is more than a little weird! I’m not your mate, i’m your customer who wants what he paid for.

Hi, I Like very mutch your Coach theme and I have some pre-sales questions: 1. is it possible order the classes at pleasure? (instead of alphabetical order?) 2. is it possible create a page wiht a structure like: - Title - Block1 with 4 selected classes - Title - Block2 with other 6 selected classes - Title - Block3 with 3 selected classes 3. Is it possible filter the classes? (like for Lessons) 4. Is it possible to have a different title background image, for each page? 5. TimeTable is very beautiful but I have noticed that seem not working fine. If I click the filter “Boxing” I still see “Yoga Training”, “Fitness trainig”, and more. Is it normal? I have just bought the updated version of the Timetable Responsive Schedule For WordPress plugin. The version packaged with the theme is V3.8, the current version available according to themeforest is V5.8, I updated as I wanted to use the features available on the updated plugin. It doesn’t seem to be compatible with the theme as all the features don’t seem available. Can you let me know if there’s any way for the updated plugin to work with the theme. Thank you.
