Request: it would be great if there could be some instructions on how to tweak the sharing setting at the bottom of the post page, so that (for example) instead of “share to Google+” I could make it share to Tumblr.

Hi there,
I’m very much enjoying working with your wonderful theme. Here’s a small issue I’m wondering about:
A post or page turns out somewhat differently when watching it on an iPhone screen. The post title turns out smaller than, for example, the H2 or H3 text below.
See attached screenshots below. I suppose this is not intended behaviour, as it seems a bit unlogical? Kind regards -
