Hey guys, we would like to ask a general question:
if a showcase theme has been setup and is in use, but we would like to add a specific feature in another ‘demo’ to be imported (specifically, the Full Screen demo, where it splits on the homepage). So that we add it new page – is it possible?

Can you please tell us how to
1- Stop looping the slides i.e. stop scrolling on last slide because currently scrolling down on last slide takes back to slide one.
2- How to add a fixed footer to the slides.

Hi, my web site suddenly stopped working, the spinning wheel of loading goes on forever. It might be because of same automatic wordpress update? I haven’t made any modification to the web site since several months. Does anybody else got into the same issue?

Hi, I purchased your theme recently. I found that the browser was loading slides forever in some cases. Especially, aftring clicking refresh button on PC firefox and clicking READ MORE button on iPhone Safari.You can try my site, semicome.com . Could you help me?

Hi, I updated your plugin(s) and updated wordpress to 5.5 yesterday and now all the Font Awesome Icons have disappeared i.e no longer displaying on the published website, from your Buttons and Service Moduals etc. Even i i create a new page and add a SERVICE and and a Font Awesome Icon, the icon does not display. Just an empty box.

Hi,
I can’t set mobile off-canvas menu like demo 2. Off-canvas is not shown but desktop menu show instead it. Problem found on mobile chrome browser, also mozilla desktop version via firebug mobile simulation.

Keep in mind that you should not do an import on top of the existing site – all kinds of issues can occur.
We suggest that you create a separate blank WordPress instance (locally or in your hosting environment), import the desired demo there and then use page builder’s clipboard functions to transfer the content from one site to another.
