Hi,
I hope you can help – my website homepage (which uses demo 2) has stopped loading the main revolution slider on mobile and is not loading the video slider on any surfaces.
It stopped working around the time I started moving modules to different spots on the page (in case that’s relevant!).
I have cleared browser and Wordpress cache but this hasn’t helped.

Hi! Sorry to bother you but the instagram widget has stopped working. I updated the theme to the latest version, I tried to change the Image Size to smaller as you suggested to someone else here in the comments, but it didn’t work, there are no photos and this message appears: “This user account is private or doesn’t have any photos.”. My account is public and active! I don’t know what’s wrong… thank you!

I have added ivery theme in my website.it looks great .but i have some queries.
In theme’s blog section only three sharing options are available but i want more sharing options for my posts.Do you please help me to find settings to add more sharing options? also after installing ivery theme in my website my website pages take a time to load.actually pages are not completely loaded .i have to refresh every time to see all the contents on my page why this happens? .please help me to solve this issues.

Hello,
I’ve just installed the parent and child themes, followed the instructions and activated all necessary plugins, including demo content. However, after installing and activating the demo content plugin, the Theme Options sidebar item isn’t visible anywhere…I can’t access Theme Options.
Any ideas?

I have recently experienced two issues while trying to install the plugins (Ivery Shortcodes and WP Bakery Page Builder).When I press install it says that the file already exists , however , I can´t see it in my dashboard, thank you very much!

Hello sir, I want to add custom html as a widget in blog sidebar .But it just show option to add custom html and after adding to sidebar when i click on edit custom html it again shows position to add custom html.
please help me to find how to add data in custom html and show it as a widget in blog sidebar.

I never write reviews but this theme is so AMAZING I had to! I am not a newbie to wordpress themes and I assure you the quality of Ivery is incredible - nothing I would change. Easy to use, really great features and editing is a breeze. They provide you with PSD files to make changes to the images as needed, and the layers are very organized. 10/10!!!!!!
