After I had accidentally broke the theme code, the support team from Design Themes offered to take a look at the problem. I realise this work was probably out of scope of their regular support. They had the site back up and running within the day. Saved the day. Thanks so much. Glen

I contacted support after installation because something was preventing a required theme plugin from updating and activating.. I couldn't move forward without this plugin being updated. It appeared the plugin would update but then on page refresh would always show "Update". So I contacted support and they contacted me back within a day and solved the issue. They went above the call of duty by installing the demo content for me too. I was more than satisfied with support! It's a beautifully developed theme that has lots of functionality and customization's.
