hi i don’t find the zip file. If I zip the all file you made me download it, it doesn’t work too. my problem is the package could not be installed the theme is missing the style css stylesheet

it was a very customized theme with allot of options but unfortunately there is no more response on support tickets. So as far as I can tell it is broken and will no longer be supported.

Been on project for 2 weeks, every-time I need to make a update I have to send a email to support. Very frustrating template riddled with problems. Hope your advanced programmer for this one us noobs will lose money on this one for sure.

When i found this theme on here i was very excited to get it because it just seemed perfect for my customers needs. After i first installed it i imported the demo content which worked fine. But as soon as the import was done and everything has been set up i noticed that the page speed was just horrible.I contacted customer support to find a solution for the page speed issue and they told me that the page speed ( almost 14 seconds to load a single page in the backend ) is normal compared to their demo version. So basically there was nothing that could have been done about it and i just had to accept it. I have worked on many wordpress websites and i have never had a website that was this slow. Since i bought this theme for a customer of mine and he wanted the page to go online i didn't really have time to figure this issue out so i just dealt with the slow backend.I soon ran into another issue with the theme so i contacted CS again. After it took them almost four days to get back to me i realized that they did not really understand my issue. So i replied again and described everything again. After eight messages back and forth their answer was that basically there is nothing they could do about it because the theme has been created for the majority of customers and my issue was to complex.So i spent several days working myself through the themes source-code to figure out the issue myself. The result out of all of this is that my customer finally has a working website and that i worked on a project for several weeks without making any money on it whatsoever.The bottom line is that the theme itself i looking very good, the functionality is ok and the customer support at least tries to make a good job. But even though they texted back and forth with me i still have to say that there has not been a whole lot they did to really help me with the issues i have had. I really don't like to give a bad review but in this case i really have no choice. Sorry...

Seems this theme is abandoned. I purchased Support but there is no one responding to my tickets. Wonder how I can get a refund for the none existing support.

I loved the way the theme looked and I was very happy to buy it.I'm not a programmer and I don't have much experience with building websites into Wordpress. Still, I installed for me and for friends more than 10 Wordpress platforms with basic themes and basic plugins.So my experience might be different from someone's with programming skills and/or high experience with Wordpress.Unfortunately for me the customization was a nightmare. I followed the instructions step-by-step, but still, so many pieces are missing. The customization is being made in 100 different places and the worst part is some areas are not documented at all.All the icons in the theme are not actually being a part of what you are buying.The worst part is the fact that I haven't yet received an answer to my email from the tech support. I wrote the email ~5 days ago and I confirmed who I am with my licenses.I'm still in the 6 months period of free support as I only bought this theme weeks ago.After loosing a huge amount of time I decided to stop trying.
