The theme is very flexible. But the support team behind it.
the are really great, as I just began using Wordpress and still learning the ins and outs. these guys help me alot to get the website I want to make!Probably I will buy my next theme also form sunrisetheme!

Not recomended. don't waste your time and money:1. theme has outdated features of woocommerece regarding gallery and they don't plan to fix them as they say: " We developed our theme from old woocommerce version when they do not have gallery. So we don't want update this feature, it'll effect to our guest who running our theme. "2. theme has some script or something running on the background and causing high cpu on the server, they asked for ftp details to check it, but never heard from them since, although i write to them. 3. full of small issues..

We are unable to install the demo theme, every time we tried we get 403 Error and your ticket system also down to contact you for help, we maxed our server php memory limit and execution limit and all, please help us in intsalling the demo theme.

This theme and I suppose any theme from this author receive ZERO support. i.e. no reply to any attempt to contact author. Author’s website http://sunrisetheme.com/ seems to be dead for more that 2.5 years now.

Licenses were to be included in this for the plugins that are required and there appears to be no licenses included with this theme. I've looked all through my zip file and there is nothing that pertains to a license other than the GPL.

I originally left a poor review because I was not happy with the documentation and some of the niggly faults to the point I was getting very frustrated, but to be fair to the support team, they have worked hard over the last 2 days to get the site where it should be and have also added some extra functions in for me so I can get everything where it needs to be, namely round having a catalogue mode and product custom templates. So appreciation to the support team for taking the time to iron out the issues and sort everything out for me. Thanks again. At its heart it is good theme but it needs a bit of polish to be awesome and if you are willing to take the time to resolve the issues with the support team then all will be good.

The worst theme i've ever bought !!! Full of bug with vc, always have to renew the support if you want that your website work ! I have to rebuild all the website with a new theme because i have too much bug with this one !!!! DONT BUY IT

First of all im having problems importing demo data on my site. I installed the theme almost 10 times following the documentation in different wordpress versions ans still cant use hte information. The only thing missing was going to the custoer support, but when i tryied to upload a ticket it saysSorry, that purchase code doesn't seem to be valid.

Continually have issues with this theme, I am not doing anything wrong yet I have to pay for support in order for the developers to fix bugs, which seems very unfair. I sent a support ticket through as a "pre-purchase" question to see if they would respond to me but they haven't. Really disappointed, have to look at changing my whole website now.

The last time this theme was updated was on 2018. A client hired me to install it and it is full of bugs. also the demo importer and the demo files will fail to deliver a decent demo.
Don’t fall for it. Themes without recent updates are a sign and will give you a lot of headaches

I honestly dont like the theme… A lot of bugs and no support for 3 days. Also cant use the theme options that are the basic of the theme. Lets wait few more days but no worth the money for now…

Can’t get into the support system, can figure out how to set the correct product size for homepage3
