I have bought this theme but now it says that the site has “fatal error: uncaught error…”. I am trying to contact support but it doesn’t work because it says my validation code is invalid. This makes me very upset.

I did the demo import and it threw errors. The page does not load the content. https://templatepath.ticksy.com/submit/ the lisbon theme does not appear, how can I solve this?

Hello. We faced with several problem with installation
1. We couldn’t import demo content and theme settings.
2. Footer didn’t appears on internal pages. We were forced to set it mannually to each page (f.e. Contacts)
3. We failed to change font type: white list with errors
4. Some of settings doesn’t work (look at attachments)
5 In most of pages Header needs to be set mannually, and it woul be a problem with changing content in header in future.
Can’t find this product in Support Center, to submit the ticket. Please Help

You need to update the demo import xml, images are 404. I had to update some links from http://tonatheme.com/m3/lisbon/ to http://www.old3.commonsupport.com/lisbon/
