Hello cmsmasters,
unfortunately, I have the same problem as the palmamondal user before (Schule Theme) . Now our customer would like to make a change in the backend urgently and cannot do that due to the visual editor error. Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to switch to WordPress 5.5.3. Any problem solving news? I need a timely solution.

Hi, I downloaded this theme from Envato Elements. I installed and imported demo without any error. Very nice design. I love it but I have one issue with my events page. It show incorrectly as you can see in the image link below. Any idea how to fix this? Thank you

Hello,
I purchased your theme through my Envato Elements account and I was trying to see if there is a way to hide the “Back-to-top” arrow on the theme. I use a video player and whenever it goes to full screen the arrow appears at the bottom and if you click on it the top menu overlaps the player. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am currently using your theme and updated version 1.0.6 to 1.1.1 but I am having trouble using the code-block editor when editing pages ( even using the classic editor plugin ). Note: this theme is being used in wordpress.com not self-hosted and I am using the child theme as well.

I really wanted to like this template, but the lack of documentation gives it the sense of a site design made for the developer... not the customer. Spent a good 15 hours trying to make this site functional, and it's just not working. With so many questions, I really don't feel like spending another 15 going back and forth through support to try to get this to work.

I have been trying to add a post slider on my home page as it shows in your demo site and I have added a post slider on my home page in the news section but it’s not working/ displaying on the page.
It’s been more than 24hr that i have submitted a request, I didn’t get any response.
