I’m a little confused by the name of this theme but a year ago you said you don’t use the PetFinder API. So does it support the API now or not?

This theme has been the worst experience in buying themes from themeforest in my 10 years of usage. Poor documentation, way too much overhead with plugins and poor design. Plus support site is non-functional. Will not be using this theme.

I am a little annoyed with the support here. It has been months since I opened a ticket. I have set up https://animalrescuethailand.com which is working on desktop but there is no content on mobile devices. Also the Ultimate Member plugin seems to crash the site.. I have deleted it and re installed it with the same outcome. Any help would be appreciated

Hello, I seem to have problems when the plugin Ultimate Member is activated.. the site goes down due to a redirect loop..
A couple of questions.
1. how do I edit the pet listing form? I can’t find it anywhere on the site!
2. when using the adopt a pet form, is there a way for the email to go to the creator of the pet listing, rather than to the site admin?
3. I can’t seem to get my head around the registration form.. If a use signs up, they are unable to create a listing.. I tried changing the user permissions but that seemed to kill the site with the redirect loop.. What process do I make so a user can sign up and create their own listings front end?

Your theme says it has responsive functionality, while in fact everything jumps in wrong orders when unlocking responsive and changing the broser width. So it is not at all responsive.
