Hello, I already posted my question on Qode Help Center (https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/hc/en-us/requests/4602), but I’d really like an answer as soon as possible. Yesterday, I bought the Vakker theme throught ThemeForest. The theme is installed and activated, but Elated Option doesn’t appear in the left navigation bar of my WordPress admin panel (as explained in the documentation). That means that, right now, I can’t edit the theme at all. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

Hi, I got this warning from my system: Critical Problems: The Plugin “WPBakery Page Builder” needs an upgrade (6.1 -> 6.4.1). Update includes security-related fixes. Vulnerability Information / # developers I downloaded the latest version of the theme but the plugins is at version 5.7 Could you urgently load the updated plugin? Thank you

Hi there, this is a message for the author of Vakker theme, not tho Elated/seller. I signaled 15 days ago a problem that has been reported and aknowledged by the support as a bug and yet support refuses to correct it despiste the fact that I had paid and renewed my support. Their excuse: I need to wait for an update. The Qode Support can’t determine when that update would be available. Knowing that last Vakker theme update had been in november 2019 I don’t presume one is beiing schedule for any soon. Please contact me so I can’t give you admin accreditation on my wordpress and so that you cans fix that bug. If I don’t hear from you soon I ‘ll go public on twitter and others social media about some imcompetenties. By support you are contracted to fix the bug that are aknowledged

We like the theme very much, but the last update with January 2018 is already very old. Is there still theme support, is a theme update planned?

I liked the theme. The design is unique and in "customer service" they try to help you. I recommend checking the capacity of your hosting before buying the theme. I am very happy with my website.
