The theme looks fine but the customer support is extremely slow. They simply don't respond to the tickets, which is quite frustrating when you have to deliver a project for a client.
Also their communication is not great.

A few questions before i buy your theme. how customable is the theme? Can i change the colors of the menus, background?
Can i add a file upload to the “Book An Appoinment” option in the home page?
do you have a video, or a demo admin i could check to see all the options you offer?

Before buying it i have a question. How the installation of this theme works on wordpress.com? I’ve noticed that the business plan has new features that allow you to upload you own custom theme and plugins so I was wondering if all the things attached to this theme such as the plugins and the demo info will be able to be installed too.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this theme. I had some trouble adding the dummy content and also all of the sudden I couldn’t preview my site anymore. I’ve submitted a ticket 3 weeks ago and haven’t got any response from the support team. I had to deliver this project last week and, as I’m unable to work with this theme, I’ll have to purchase a different one. I’m very disappointed.
