Good and quick customer support.I don't like designs that force the owner to adopt features. Features ought to be optional and flexible. Too many of those forced design issues here. But so far cs has helped me walk around one or two.

It looks great from the demo - but when you get under the hood - it is REALLY limiting and doesn't follow some simple best practices e.g. allowing you credit the photographer in a featured image, making image boxes darkened so you can read the title text. Then there's the page layout options.... Very disappointed as it looks like it has potential.
